After three decades building software, I noticed something frustrating: the tradespeople I knew were paying through the nose for job management tools that charged per user, locked features behind add-ons, and were built for the US market. A 5-person plumbing team could pay £160+ per month just to manage jobs they were already doing on paper.
Meanwhile, AI had reached the point where it could genuinely help with the boring parts of running a trade business: writing quotes from a voice note, answering the phone when you are on the tools, filling in compliance certificates from job data. Nobody was using it for this.
So I built Graftie. Flat-rate pricing so your team size does not change your bill. Trade-specific presets so you are quoting in minutes, not hours. AI built in, not bolted on. UK-first, not US-first. And honest about what it does and does not do yet.
